Our expert in charge of this helpdesk, offers a customised service for EU SMEs interested in bidding for public procurement in Moldova in our three targeted sectors: water, waste and energy.
In order to provide recommendations to SMEs, the expert is conducting researches on the current situation in sustainable public procurement in oder to have the latest information on the main public procurers, the opportunities and gaps in these types of procurements, previously awarded contracts in the targeted sectors, EU companies participating in the bids already launched.
Moreover the expert will provide SMEs a short overview of the future strategic plans of the public authorities in the targeted sectors. She is monitoring calls for tenders in order to have the latest information about the current situation and opportunities.
Our helpdesk service can also help to form consortia or partnerships between EU SMEs and local SMEs. She will assist SMEs in collecting, reviewing and analysing all the necessary documents of the bids for which companies have expressed their interest of participation.
The organisation of online or physical meetings with interested bidders is included in the assistance in order to explain in detail the eligibility criteria, the legislation that applies, establish the needs of the client SMEs and provide support with filling-in the documentation (if re quested by the company). A follow-up of the submitted tenders will be offered to support successful bidders in the award and negociation process.
