On the 5th and 6th of June 2023, P2GreenEST's partner FADE, represented by Celia Sanchez, took part in a discovery visit in Serbia as part of a trade mission organised by ASTUREX, in which 4 other Asturian companies also participated. The agenda of meetings was prepared by the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in Belgrade.
The main objectives of this exploratory mission were to raise awareness of P2GreenEST project and to involve SMEs, public procurers, clusters, BSOs and other Serbian entities into the project activities.
This mission in Serbia was very instructive regarding the opportunities for european SMEs in renewable energy, water management and waste management businesses, but also regarding barriers to participate in public tenders. All these aspects were taken into account in the preparation of the project webinars on Serbia available in reply here.
