A delegation of a wood industry Cluster from the Republic of Moldova participated on the 4th April in a study visit in Sfantu Gheorghe (Romania) and had meetings with representatives of ProWood and Green Energy Clusters. The aim of the visit was to develop partnerships and learn best practice models. Biomass-based bioenergy solutions, waste management, energy crops cultivation were among the points of interest.
Representatives of Green Energy Clusters took the opportunity to present P2GreenEST project that aims to support developing partnerships between Romanian and Moldovan Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to successfully participate in public tenders.
B2B meetings were held between SMEs - members of the Romanian and Moldavian clusters. The Moldavian delegation comprised 4 SMEs in the field of solid biofuel production, representatives of 2 Hometown Associations and Cluster representatives. On the Romanian side, 4 SMEs specialized in consulting, in renewable energies, as well as representatives of Green Energy Cluster and ProWood Cluster.
