On the 17th April, all P2GreenEST partners gathered in FADE's headquarters for an internal project meeting dealing with all the last work to do before the project's ending. This meeting was followed by a visit of COGERSA. The consortium enjoyed a guided tour of COGERSA's facilities, where they showed their waste management processes and explained the European projects they are currently working on.
On the 18th April morning was organised a Steering Committee during which the participants worked on the Partnership Agreement that will be officially signed by all partners during the final conference on the 23rd May 2024 in Brasov (Romania).
Afterwards, a challenge workshop took place about "Opportunities in public procurement for EU SMEs in Romani, Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine. The Mediterranean perspective". After a round table, the consortium presented P2GreenEST project to the participants: methodology, actions, challenges and lessons learnt. The participants could discuss about the difficulties Mediterranean companies have to access Eastern markets. Then, the participants worked on P2GreenEST Exit Strategy which will be presented, enriched and validated during the final event. This strategy will help the members of P2GreenEST partnerhsip to carry on collaborating after the official end of P2GReenEST project.
