Business opportunities with Moldova and Ukraine : join our next trade mission!

11/12/2023 Join our EU delegation next January 2024 for a full, customised programme of meetings with Ukrainian and Moldovan stakeholders, bilateral meetings, visits and conferences.

P2GreenEST project will organise a trade mission to Chisinau, Moldova from 31st January to 2nd of February 2024, in the framework of the fair "Made in Moldova".

The Republic of Moldova and Ukraine are two neighbourg countries with the status of candidate to the European Union. Both countries are more and more including environmental criterias to promote a sustainable development.  To this end, a tailor-made international trade mission will be organised in January 2024 to meet EU companies' individual needs in these two targeted counstries. 

This mission is open to all EU SMEs working in the water, energy or waste sectors and willing to make business in Moldova or Ukraine. It will be organised simultaneously with "Fabricat in Moldova" (Made in Moldova). This national trade fair  will be held in Chisinau from January 31st until February 4th, 2024 and will bring together nearly 500 local companies. B2B meetings will be organised as well as visits and meetings with local and ukrainian public and private stakeholders such as : City of Chisinau, Agency for Energy Efficiency, Autosalubriate, Apa-Canal, Moldelectrica or Termoelectrica. Please note that our P2GreenEST teams will support you free of charge* before, during and after the mission in order to achieve tangible results. 

Before the mission we offer you:

• 1 bilateral meeting to identify your development needs in these countries, your know-how and your solutions.
•  1 joint meeting with the other participants in the mission to get to know you better and to find out all the details about the mission (e.g. participation of French, Romanian and Spanish companies, etc.).
• A personal agenda with qualified meetings with local stakeholders in your sector of activity.

The agenda of the trade mission will include:

• January 31st,  2024 : Exhibition "Fabricat in Moldova" and visit of local companies
• February 1st,  2024 : National conference in the field of Circular Economy - Turning challenges into opportunities for small and Medium Sized Enterprises with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Moldova and representatives from Ukraine. 
• Presentation of the legal framework and current situation in the field of circular economy public procurement in Moldova and Ukraine, 
• Presentation of public procurement opportunities for SMEs in circular economy procurement in Ukraine and Moldova,
• Bilateral business meetings and business to procurers meetings.
• February 2nd 2024 : Visit of relevant companies/stakeholders  in accordance with participants' needs
